While I don't normally post dogs that are up for adoption on V's blog, I decided to post Rascal anyway. Rascal came from the same breeder V came from and is looking for a new home. The owner of Rascal didn't feel right about contacting the breeder or taking the pup back there because of the conditions of the "farm." While several area rescues do get a lot of dogs in from this breeder, I don't always get to see them or photos of them, Rascal is one of the first.
